Nordmann ‘Non-Drop’. The Nordmann Fir drops a very low amount of needles when compared with any other type of Christmas tree. So few in fact that they are generally referred to as ‘non-drop’.
Money back guarantee. All trees are covered by our money back guarantee. Please contact us at info@treeamigos.org if you plan to return your tree. Trees must be returned within 5 days of purchase and in the condition they were received. No returns will be accepted after the 20th December 2009.
Delivery. UK mainland only. Please state your preferred weekday (Mon-Fri) delivery date between 27th November and 20th December in the "Add preferred delivery date" section of the PayPal checkout. We will do our best to meet your preferred date but cannot guarantee it. If you do not state a date your tree will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow 3 working days for delivery. You may, at your risk, also add any special delivery instructions (such as leave the tree with the neighbour) in the "Add preferred delivery date" section of the PayPal checkout. Items will be sent via a specialist courier service. If you are not in to receive your items, a calling card will be left with a phone number for you to ring. You can then arrange free re-delivery for a more suitable time. At this point you also have the opportunity to give any additional instructions. e.g. Leave by garden shed. Even during the busy Xmas period 97% of our trees are delivered on time. However, we kindly ask all customers to allow up to 3 working days for delivery
